Some people have expressed problems with firmware, which you may notice on Amazon's page but make sure it's up-to-date and you should have no problems. Our favourite feature of the drive is that it powers itself on and off with your computer. A real energy saver considering how many times have we forgotten to switch off our drives and they've been on all weekend!
