Portable iPod speakers are ten-a-penny these days and offer varying degrees of quality. We've spotted this iPod Speaker System and Dock at Argos for just £14.99 and we can't believe how compact it is.
Whichever iPod you have from the last couple of years it will work with it and charge it at the same time. If you have another audio source you want to use too, then you'll be happy to hear it also comes with a 3.5mm jack input. The speakers can only pump out a combined 6 watts of power but when you're travelling you hardly expect fantastic sounds from a unit this small (and cheap). This unit is functional and will save you space. It's not going to change the world in terms of quality but is recommended for those on a budget who like to travel with their iPod.
